Terms of Use

This is the Terms of Use for the Listen app by BigQ Studio. These terms apply only to Listen and not to any other BigQ Studio app or service.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Listen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

License

BigQ Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Listen for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Permissions

Listen may request access to:

• Read Gmail (when you explicitly choose to import an email attachment)
• Read Google Drive files (when you explicitly choose a file from your Drive)

Permission is granted per Google account consent and can be revoked in your Google account settings.

Third-Party Services

Listen uses third-party services (such as Firebase, AdMob, Meta, etc.) which may collect anonymous usage data. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases and Billing

By agreeing to opt for an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the required amount and are also required to agree to the terms and conditions of the specific payment method chosen to subscribe through Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore. BigQ Studio may change the price of any or all of the packs available for in-app purchase, at its own discretion. If you do not agree to this price change, you may not make the respective in-app purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigQ Studio is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of Listen.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India without reference to its rules of conflicts of law.

Changes

BigQ Studio may update these terms anytime. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
