How do I report a bug or a crash?+
Use the form above — select the affected app, choose Bug Report / Crash, and describe the steps to reproduce it. Attaching a screenshot or short screen recording (and telling us your device model & app version) helps our engineers fix it much faster.
I was charged but didn't receive my purchase. What should I do?+
Send us a request with the Billing / Purchase Issue category and include your order ID or receipt from Google Play / the App Store. Most purchases restore automatically — try Restore Purchases in the app first, then contact us if it still doesn't appear.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds are handled according to the store you bought from (Google Play or Apple App Store) and our Refund Policy. If you believe you're eligible, submit a Billing request with your order details and we'll help you through it.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not BigQ. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.
The app stopped working after an update. How do I fix it?+
Please try: (1) update to the latest version, (2) fully close and reopen the app, (3) restart your device, and (4) reinstall if needed. If the problem persists, send us a Bug report with your device model, OS and app version so we can reproduce it.
